Safety Recall: Norco Bicycle Frames. Please read!

Anyone hear anything on the replacement frames? My bike shop told me they haven't been produced yet, and also watch your 2009 Norco Alines, my buddy Randy cracked his in the excact place where the 2009 Atomiks are cracking. He's a bit upset because he had issues with two 2006 aline frames cracking at the shock mounts and now on the warranty frame the 2009 aline cracked on him.

2010 Norco Fluid 1

Working on my second Fluid, first was a 2006 Fluid two, great bike at the end of the season got an offer that I couldn't refuse so I purchased a Fluid One. Still running it. Did a few minor upgrades, but I can't complain. Great for New England style riding and still light enough to race X/C.

They should honor the warranty, it's really up to the bike shop if they will help you or not. I know for any of my customers they do not have their names or addresses for bikes that they purchased. If your riding a Norco and come to my shop, I'm going to help you get what you need to get back on the trail. Pretty sure Norco feels that way to, because regardless if you paid someone else for that Norco, your giving them alot of advertisement everytime you ride.
